yes thats a good point but most modern LCD screens
must be used at their 'native' resolution setting or you will not only lose definition your text will degrade especially at the edges. My Samsung Syncmaster 2023NW is a case in point.
After 48 hours of faffing around with settings and downloading various clear fonts etc I was about to send the monitor back when i found a note somewhere that the monitor had to be used in 1680x1050 bingo instant solution
Your monitor is not strictly speaking a PC monitor but a TV monitor with PC imput so a little outside the scope of this poll really
The whole point of this exercise is to demonstrate to web designers that it is no longer necessary to construct web pages at 800x600n because nobody uses that resolution anymore.
If this web page was made to fill our screens instead of just half fill them your text and mine would be twice the size wouldn't it !?....
