Poo Experts Please

I found this poo outside my front door on a slightly raised retaining wall - the culprit didn't leave the 20p as compensation, that was placed there by me for scale.

I've got 2 spayed cats but that doesn't seem to be their preferred method (exposed, on a hard surface). Doesn't look like fox poo to me and nothing like sheep poo (I've had sheep poo outside my door in the past). Badger maybe? Runny poo dog? Sensible suggestions welcome - pish taking expected View attachment 345601

Looking at it, I'd say it's a bird - probably a goose or a swan.

That didn't occur to me for some reason but is a good shout I think.

My suggestion would also be fox, we have similar around my way, with them leaving their calling cards in exposed places.

Yes, but if it's been going through the bins then all sorts of things could go wrong, I should know.

Are you sure it isn't a fox (it would stink)? When young foxes start leaving droppings they often leave them on top of walls, plant pots etc, and they do look just like that.

Yes could be a fox or badger as we are quite rural. Can't smell anything although not wanting to get down there to sniff closely!

A fox recently laid one right in the centre of the lid of my wheelie bin.

If you don't have huge holes in your fence and lawn, I think you could discount the badger .

We back onto countryside and I think male badgers roam a fair bit at this time of year

I'd go for Mr Fox.. My Border Terrier was rather partial to that all over her fur...nice

Foxes keep crapping on my patio. Any ideas how to make them go away.
We have a couple of rabbits which dont mix well with foxes.
