Portable phone charger.

In a few weeks I will be travelling to John O'Groats by coach, then spending a couple of nights in the area wild camping then returning home by coach. Is there such a thing as a portable mobile phone charger, such as a device that charges the phone from dry cells. Assuming I can get a signal on 3 I will hope to keep in touch with my wife at home but can see my phone running out of power. Solar cells wont work. I suppose one way is to buy a spare phone battery to swap over and fully charge it before leaving home, but I was wondering if anyone had better ideas. This trip is a one off so anything I buy I will probably never use again so I don't want to spend too much.

If anyone is remotely interested I bought one of these in the end. It charges my phone fine and for a tenner plus postage not too bad a price.
