So if i was less than 20 would this devalue my opinions ,what i say and do?
If i was over 20 would i somehow be enriched, my views and my actions be held with more regard?

If you're 17 and acting like a 17 year old its perfectly normal and people will generally cut you some slack. If you're 45 and acting like a 17 year old then something's gone a bit wrong and people will not cut you said slack as you would be some sort of man-boy weirdo.

i don't understand. What would be a normal behavior of a 17 year old.Question things they dont agree with? Does a normal 45 year old just accept what is said. Then not argue for what they think or have the ability to change? That in example would be considered old guard..

Generations change and opinions of them change also. The fact i don't understand what you assume the current young generation is like is a fair post to make.
Kinda proves science right in this threat. The younger generation do think differently from the old one(this assume i represent one and you the other).
The fact is what is this all about anyhow?

I don't even know what this is about to be frank. A random comment from the blue asking my age. Nothing to suggest why he disagrees or even with what.
