There's a lot of chaff and swarf in this world and if we let it then it can grind us down, so by focussing on the good, the positive, the exciting and the fun maybe we can make the world seem like a cheerier place.

So please share the most positive thought in your head right now, it doesn't have to be spectacular, reasonable, logical or even helpful to mankind, just positive!

I am alive and will remeian so for the foreseeable future.

A couple of weeks ago I was rushed into hospital suffering from Deep Vein Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolisms. I probably got there just in time because I was barely able to breathe by then. I read yesterday that about 1 out of every 3 people who are emergency admissions with PE don't make it!

And my positive thought is ... I'm back at home, receiving treatment, and well enough to sit up in bed and post on CycleChat!
