I target no-one. I film what I come across. I can assure you, I would film an anti social gang if required. I have faced up to neds in the past, especially the ones who I saw running off with my car aerial (which I got back!). But what does any of that have to do with anything? Are you suggesting that what I do has no worth? What do you do col, that provides you with legitimacy to lecture from your 'high horse'? I try to make a difference, no matter how small it might be.

With regards to public places, this 'conversation' is with regards to filming, and the filming on a bus, is constituted as public as far as the DPA is concerned. End of story.

As for dishonest, that is your opinion, but that is all it is. Fair enough. I'm certainly not perfect, but dishonest is not something that anyone who knows me, has ever suggested I am.

Im suggesting that a driver is an easy target,i know,get yourself a day pass and travel round till you see one doing something wrong,you would definitely be able to secretly record it,unless it got risky,then you could show them you were being covert and that would scare them offIf you did tackle antisocial gangs with the keeness you do bus drivers,it would probably make a good difference,but ill bet that fiver you won that you wont go and question gangs like you would a driver?

Driver: I feel I must object to your choice of wording, I was merely following an errant cyclist who was taking a good proportion of the road to make his way onwards. I felt that my use of the horn would assist him in knowing I was 45 feet behind him, and spur him on his journey. Now would you kindly leave my bus, please as I have a number of other passengers to ferry legally to their chosen stops....

Get a grip. It's a joke. There is no threat (I can't actually see where the threat is anyway, I suppose it depends on your definition of tackle.

Trolls work by asking a question, and if that provides an answer the troll doesn't want, they ignore the answer and ask a different question. Look at your posts col, that is exactly what you do.

Why don't you list the work you have done to further the safety of cyclists or other road users. If you can, then maybe I'll give you some respect. Until then, I can't be ar$ed with you. Sorry.
