I must say, it’s really nice to see so many distinguished faces on this thread. It quite reminds me of old times (ie 1930s and the great depression…..now those were the good old days).

26 keeps forgetting what Armageddon means.

Oh well it’s not the end of the world.

Rocky thinks 'Armageddon' is the name of the new Night Club, down the road from his house.

Mad Doug was expelled from the Greta Garbo School For Wayward Boys And Girls - he was certainly wayward but they wern't sure about the rest.

Accountant Pete's name is Jack and he lives in the back of said home.

......oh and there goes Fred with his hands on his head, 'cause he thinks he's heard the bomb

Doug's favourite TV show is the one that shows funny clips of things being destroyed and everything going wrong. Or, as some people call it...the news.

Steph knows this as he dresses up as a granny and is a regular visitor to the Empire. Steph and Doug - you should see them do the twist.

Twist... Ah yes, Rocky played the old woman in this (he's very good at disguises) and also, the very last sound in that song/theme tune was an actual recording of him after he had an accident on his bike where he landed on the crossbar...:

... For those who don't know, 'Round The Twist' was a kid's programme from the late '80s'/early '90s', centred around a family living in a lighthouse in Australia somewhere.

They were always having scrapes, as instances of the unexplained, the weird and wonderful, as well as the paranormal, kept happening, hence, the name.
