After having his manuscript of '87 interesting things you can do with velcro' (the original plan was for 101, but the wells of inspiration sadly ran dry) turned down by 37 different publishers, TheDoctor felt self-publication was his only option (and even something of a duty to mankind), but even the vanity-publishing house he approached refused to have anything to do with it, saying they 'had their reputation to consider'

When Archie went on the London Eye, he couldn't cope with the fact that the thing didn't actually stop to let you off, and spent the next 3 days and nights in his Pod, until they finally had to stop the Wheel for what the PR Lady called Health and Safety issues in Pod 17.

tb never lost his first teeth. They simply moved back slightly to accommodate as the new ones came through. As a result, he now has two perfect sets of teeth, one just inside the other - a bit like a shark's, though less pointy.

Archie_tect does not have quite the same problem. He can undo his trouser zip with his teeth and masticate daily.

Speaking of flies, <strikeout> archie </strikeout> Speicher has never been happy with zips, let alone buttons, so <strikeout>he</strikeout> she was delighted to get an early manuscript of TheDoctor's book, and now, thanks to Tip #35, has velcro fitted to all </strikeout>his<strikeout> her trousers. Dammit.

Archie_tect was a *major* goons fan - both before and after his entire family emigrated to Brazil, largely to escape his Bloodnok impressions.
