Bertie has exhausted himself with helping with Christmas decorations and seeing off Mrs W’s predatory slippers.

think we got the heated cat pad timing worked out & Rosie is enjoying it, in the evening for a few hours & during the day for a few hours after we leave for work. after it turns off she comes up to bed w/ us, but during the day, she's on her own to find warmth until we return. we got it October 2024 & struggled to get the usage correct & she was actually avoiding it for some reason

Perhaps it was too warm for her at the time? I've noticed that cats seem to prefer corrugated cardboard to fluffy blankets.

wow, remarkable colors! kinda matches that blanket!

She's a tortoiseshell, or a black tortie in cat fancy parlance (her GEMS code is NPS f), as her non-red bits are black. But she's also what is known as a "reverse tortie" since she has more red than black in her coat.

I don't know what her exact "end result" is yet, as her coat is still growing back. Each tortie cat though, is absolutely unique, and even if you were to create a clone of a tortie cat, you would still not get the identical coat pattern.

Must've been a cat in a previous life - that one's straight out of "A Cat's Guide to Logic"
Wouldnt surprise me if it was our old cat too. We lost her not too long before we got Blitz, She was always a funny one.
Always did her best to get on my nerves too, Just like this pup
