Yep my GSD didn't give a hoot about rain or snow, didn't like hot/sunny weather though. I had a few Bandanas he used to wear round his neck so I could soak em in water to help him cool off and if he came across a stream he'd go and stand in it.
Yes I normally take her late at night or before work when it's nice and cool, mine loves the water too no keeping her out!

Meet Beryl the feral a new arrival with my daughter and her partner

My bestie has a black & white tuxedo girl called Beryl the Feral.

She *was* a full feral living in the grounds of a local crisp factory providing rodent patrol services - CP trapped her, spayed her, got her kittens adopted, but then the owners of the factory decided they didn't want her back. She didn't have a name at the time, but she answered to "Feral", so I suggested Beryl as it sounded so similar LOL. Madam is now a fat lardarse who has no desire in going outside LOL!

she was a rescue that was a loose stray cat in Georgia. would you call that feral?

she opened the screen door w/o Wifey or I knowing. the camera pinged me but 2 video clips were just flying insects so I ignored the other pings. she was out an hour. during our attempt to get her in, she disappeared & climbed a tree. got to a branch where she didn't know how to turn around, to back down & thus started much coaxing. fortunately the branch was low enough that she could reach her front paws to my outstretched hands. my dear better half was beside herself. I thought it was hilarious (once we were all back inside)

No, she's not. A feral is a cat that's never had human contact and is largely unhandleable. In cat people speak, ferals are typically called "hiss spits"
