Much simpler with Virgin...although their billing people are crap

When I was looking to leave BT I did quite a lot of looking around and checking reviews and at that time at least - a couple of years back - I do remember the Post Office coming out particularly badly. There were others - I seem to remember Orange & Talk Talk also got a lot of bad reviews - but no-one seemed to have a good word to say about the PO.
