The extremely helpful sorting office lady looked at my proof of ID, proof of old address, proof of new address, and said she'd leave a note for the postie to re-direct :okay::smile:

See i told you so.Staff are just like you and me.It's the bug----- high up inside ivory towers that make the job hard for front line staff,always has been.
