volunteer co ordinator , sounds very similar to what @Andy in Germany is doing ?
Not for me as the pay is below what i could accept compared to my income /outgoing unless i was in need of a a job ( then i would jump at it )

Roughly similar. I hope they find someone soon as it has great potential for the community.
