Powder coating bike frame

Hi all,

I have an old Raleigh M-trax bike which has some really good gear on it, the frame looks tired & was thinking of thinking of getting it re-sprayed/coated, However I am concerned as to whether it would be cheaper to buy a secondhand frame?
