more seriously - we have both noticed a serious drop off in winnings this year

last year I was running at over 5%
this year I am currently at 1.25%

they cut the payout rate again, i believe it's just 3.6% now (for average luck)

No, I haven't even had an email yet, although I got a win too. I find they often don't come until around the 6th of the month for me.
