Price of a pint?

I have just made a comment in another thread on the fact that in Cambridge you pay just about 4 quid for a pint (not Wetherspoons).

So what does a decent pint (of beer) cost in your local?

The cheapest quoted must buy a beer for the most expensive quoted......

I'm ok paying £8 for a decent bottle of DeMo in a pub. Pint of Hooky in the local is about three and a half quid, it's better than that Harvey's cack rich is forcing down, every week.

The Berkerley Hotel across the road from me does Sam Smiths bitter for £1.52 but I don't like it.....pity, but I love the dark mild they do

I was in an Adnams pub yesterday, 3 pints of various bitters and a guiness was £16.40.
But it was central London.
I am pleased these days if i can buy 5 pints for less than £20.
