I've put this on two Linux forums, so far without response, so I am going to ask the I.T. experts on CC if they have a solution. I am on Ubuntu 9.10 and using a HP f2200 all in one printer. This afternoon I tried to use the printer for the first time for ages and ran into problems. If I try to print a newly created document, one A4 page, it puts all of the document in the top left quarter of the A4 page, if I print an existing document from the my documents folder it prints perfectly. I must admit I know nothing about printers and haven't a clue as to how to solve this one. The only things I have tried so far is to remove reinstall and reset up the printer and reinstall the software.

All these documents are open office documents and as I can't find anything on the printer side I am now wondering if open office is the culprit?

Cracked it, in printer options brochure was ticked, unticking that brought the print to the right size.
