Problems with Kinetics?

I placed an order with them a few weeks ago. Got an invoice number, but the product didn't arrive by the agreed date.

I've emailed them, and had no reply.

I've phoned them repeatedly, but the number just rings out.

If I recall correctly, Kinetics is only one guy isn't it? Ben?? Maybe he's having a few days off, maybe there's something he has to deal with at the moment?

Just had a look at the 'About us' page, and that does seem to be the case.

Hopefully that's all it is. It's just a bit annoying as I placed the order conditional on it reaching me by a particular date, and then I got a bit concerned when there was no answer (not even an ansafone) on the phone number.

I remember speaking to him years ago when I bought some lights off of them, Trelocks as I recall. He seemed like a really nice bloke. They'd been a delay in him getting the lights in but he told me my order would be in the post that day. It was.
