If we are talking about voices that annoy me, it has to be Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock.
She seems to add too many unnatural pauses into her sentences.

I did physics in the same year as Maggie. I didn't know Maggie too well, but the then Ms Bollo was quite good friends with her until she fell in with a bad crowd.

Maggie always seemed very nice, but I agree that her presentation style is a little overwraught.

Prof Cox is back on the box again this evening.

He'll be taking an hour to deliver a simple message but he'll have found ways of involving all his wished for holiday destinations in the explanation courtesy of the licence payer.
