Dallas, Knot's Landing, Dynasty, The Colbys - all the 80s American stuff was popular with my mum, as was Howard's Way, By The Sword Divided and Corrie.

Dad loved Last Of The Summer Wine (people forget how funny it was early on), Bullseye, Bergerac, The Sweeney, The Fall Guy, Police Squad and Hunter (if anyone remembers that).

My Nan loved Liberace and the wrestling on a Saturday, on the sport programme.
