I've dried a few and frozen the rest. Still some to come, will end up with around 50 or so. Any advice on what to do with the plant once it is done fruiting? Prune and over-winter somewhere? Is outside too cold? It is currently on the windowsill in the kitchen where it appears to be thriving.

Cool, thanks. Will it need to go outside next year for pollination and such? It did OK out there this summer so I guess I'll just use a known working method.

A couple of years or so ago we had a large crop of chillis. Chopped them as normal and then into the freezer. Used as and when required.
I don't know if it was coincidental, but the chillis we froze seemed to have more a kick than the fresh ones.
Mine also increased in flavour after freezing. A couple of small pieces were sufficient for one meal.
