Proof that rat poison works

And it shows why using poison is a bad thing. That corpse will be eaten by any passing bird, cat, dog, and then they ingest the poison... The use of poison is indiscriminate.

By situations like this, crows will evolve to not be lazy and catch their own rat rather than eat one that's already dead. Mr P has actually helped evolution.

If the pellets were still in its stomach, I assume they had not been digested. It may have died from causes unknown. Call the coroner.
