I've tried Provis a couple of times but find their size chart to be a bit "generous" and all the clothes I ordered ended up being sent back as I couldn't get into them.

I have the provis gilet, gets around the breathability bit to some extent being a gilet not a full jacket

Visibility in headlights etc is excellent, I've seen squirrel shading their eyes as I cycle past the refection is so bright

I have (and like) the gilet too. All the reflectivity but not quite as swampy!

I had one of those in the ‘70s when I bought my first Kingpin. Brilliant if the wind was behind you.

Also excellent if you feel the need to do impersonations of a traffic cone. Somewhere in a box I have old photos of me doing this.

They’re great for pedestrians or runners. Really light up in car headlights.

For cycling, particularly if exerting effort, I’d be happier with a couple of good lights and something more breathable.

At night I have followed a few flashing lights when in the car. Without reflectors on their arms you have to hope that if you overtake the bike will not cut across your path.
