I realise I would never have won overall, but had Penhoet not used his elbow in the stage 2 sprint, and thus as consquence been lower-placed, I might at least have had a few more points!
I don't really understand why so many PTP-participants choose the 'possibly-obvious' winner - what fun is there in predicting a 'favourite' will win? Afterall PTP, isn't a betting shop where we will then lose money if wrong.
I won the Bikeradar Giro PTP the year Carapaz won because I chose differently, and I nearly won the following year for the same reason (I lost only on last stage).
Perhaps the PTP should be changed so it doesn't allow predicting the same stage winner twice within any week, to deter those always constantly choosing, as now so often, Pogacar.
