I was always told that if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all, so, well done to Bora and Trek for setting up yesterday's finale and scuppering the break. Despite all that hard work, Rog fluffed his lines yet still scored a healthy number of points for his PTP backers.

Today the race heads 197km from Giulianova to Castelraimondo - surely we will finally get a breakaway?
