I originally planned to cycle home from work this morning but Mrs B phones saying little one was ill so I headed for the train belated due a colleague being delayed and missed it

No other choice really but to cycle home (20miles) its not easy terrain either I'd have to cycle from Glyn Ceiriog valley to Wrexham is quite and undulating route, but one I took with a passion and intent i'd not applied before. Within the hour I was in Wrexham and myself full of gusto.

Tonight though the extra effort is taking a toll and my thighs are burning....... fabulous, not felt like this in ages

She's fine and made a miraculous recoverey when her programmes were due on TV

Pushed it again today, not done the same route for a couple of weeks and my time again has improved. Its only by a couple of min, an improvement though, think the wet roads helped a little too?
Would be nice to do the route in under a hour
