QR to Thru axle conversion

Hi all , I am thinking of swapping my Lapiererre MTB alu for a carbon frame , all would swap over but I’m not sure about the wheels , the carbon has thru axle on the rear , I’ve seen a vid that looks like a simple operation , is that the case ?

I think it depends on what hubs you have ?

Will depend on the hubs, some have removable end caps for qr/12mm ta and 15mm ta.
Also will depend if the frames have the same spacing for the hubs.
