I've got a problem with footnotes in a word document. I'm doing a table in landscape format which goes over three pages in the middle of a document. I want all the footnotes to be under the end of the table on the third page. The problem is that Word is being massively irritating in that it won't let me cut and past all the footnotes to have them together on the third page. This is obviously grounds for a massive, all out nuclear strike on California but I haven't got time for that so I thought instead that I'd ask here to see if anyone knows how to get round this.

You want endnotes instead of footnotes, and choose to place them at the end of the section rather than the end of the document.
(I am assuming you have your table as a separate section to the rest of the document)
