Quick question about skewers

The Norco hybrid I'm restoring (slowly) has Allen key skewers that look otherwise just like QRs.
Am I right in thinking that these can be simply swapped with standard QRs?

Yes. So called anti theft skewers, briefly fashionable for a time, until someone realised that thieves have little difficulty obtaining multi tools. straight swap with regular skewers.
