Yes. The Varsity rugby match....Two teams of hooray Henrys having a no other team can enter boat race. Is there any other recognised competition where only two are allowed to enter?![]()

Knowing someone who was part of the women's rowing team at Oxford 20 years ago, I feel reasonably qualified to say that I suspect the culture amongst all rowers - as with any elite sport - is rather unhealthy in its own way.
Being expected to stay on a rowing machine until you are sick from the exertion doesn't sound fun to me. Of course this was the early 90s. It's probably different now ...But mostly quite fun I would suspect
