Ah! Aldi's Snickers bar![]()
Call them what you like they all look pretty good to meSnickers is a ridiculous name, they should have stuck to Marathon!
Yeah but how many people who buy these really use them for racing? It's all just manipulative marketing and gives a distorted view of the norms and possibilities of stuffing yourself with confectionary in modern Britain.
Agreed... but what i can't fathom is Aldi's Jive bar. I can see the connection between a Marathon and a Racer, and the Mars Bar and Titan, but Twix and Jive?Snickers is a ridiculous name, they should have stuck to Marathon!

Biking wino's ?I saw 3 different bottles of wine with cycles on the labels at my supermarket. Is this also manipulative marketing and if so who is it aimed at, do you think_
The important question is: would they fit in your bottle cage?I saw 3 different bottles of wine with cycles on the labels at my supermarket. Is this also manipulative marketing and if so who is it aimed at, do you think_
You must be a Geordie then? It doesn't work with an Ayrshire accentAnd when you say Aldi's Snickers aloud it sounds like "oldie's knickers" ....not so appealing![]()
Not quite as far north as Northumberland but definitely East coast and with a "hard A" accent. You must be a Geordie then? It doesn't work with an Ayrshire accent.
