If I do I normally end up putting Radio 2 on.

I like to listen to Simon Mayo, listening to the confessions, the description of food and the muppet song.

Talking of stations from the Low Countries, I used to love Arrow Classic Rock when it was AM flavour on the 675 channel. It used to blast in over here in E Anglia. Now internet only sadly. Radio 10 is another great music station though possibly a bit 'poppy' for my taste. But the slick style and broad playlist is generally excellent -the Dutch really do have some great stations.

This pair used to have a good 2 hour prog. on R2 during the week, 8-10pm. But they somehow got moved to 6music. Now and then they arrive back on R2, Mark Radcliffe does the folk show on a Wednesday evening.
