13.48 - Argument against helmets
16.35 - Argument that female riders are given more space (yet involved in more accidents)
17.25 - Argument that helmets are safe..

all a bit frustrating as the opposing arguments focussed on two totally different points, the anti helmet argument focuses on driver and rider attitude, whilst the pro helmet focuses on rider safety in the event of a collision.

Interesting none the less...the conclusion is familiar
