Rain Rain Go Away!

Another fine day in the north, summer just seems to be going on forever this year.

I'm in Northern Ireland at the moment - bikeless, but it rained so much the last two days that I haven't minded. This morning it was pouring down. I had thought about hiring a bike if I needed to escape from the relatives but its a good job I haven't needed to. They mentioned that upto 3 inches had fallen in some places!!

Yes, I hear them talk on the wireless of the rain down there, in fact the talk of rain is becoming quite tedious, any foreigner listening in would think it was raining all over the country.

pah call this rain? when i were a nipper we have rain drops the size of buckets and we were thankful, ney glad nad had to fashion a waterproof from old sacking and that is if were were lucky enough to get sacking......
