Raleigh exhibition at Sudbury Hall today

Popped in to Sudbury Hall (Derbyshire) on the way to an open farm day and Raleigh had organised a funday. Few hand bikes and trikes to try and a few classic Raleighs including these 3....

From the top

an original 80's Burner
A special edition gold chopper from 1976/77
And the bottom is a limited edition of 100 bikes finished in gold (plate?) made from 531 tubing and sent to the top 100 Raleigh dealers for their centenary in 1987..

Wish I could have come today, hopefully it'll be on again next year. Worth going to?

We only stopped by on route to an open farm for a walk round the grounds early in the day , didnt know it was on until we were there, reckon it would have been really good. there quite a few bikes to try on the square outside the hall. And i think a few more display bikes were coming out as we left. If your reasonably local probably worth a look if they do it again next year
