I think only the Fm's were alloy but i am wrong some times

32 - 597.
40 spoke rear, 32 front.

yeah alloys in that size and count are fun to find at a fair price
I have a set of 26 x 1 1/4" alloy rims but they are 36 hole
You could swap your current wheels for 27" like i did on the Hercules i have they should fit

That'd be worth the effort and expense of a rest for sure. What are your plans for the old girl?

I know I can get the decals so if I can source rims it'll probably get a full resto.
Rear rim could possibly be re chromed, front is pretty rusty.

Yep, the same machine. The OP's is great, as it apepars complete and intact. Those celluloid mudguards are rarer than a sensible statement from Diane Abbott, and in that condition are very rare indeed. they should clean up well, as should most of the components. It's a cracking base upon which to start a project.
