I think only the Fm's were alloy but i am wrong some times
yeah alloys in that size and count are fun to find at a fair price
I have a set of 26 x 1 1/4" alloy rims but they are 36 hole
You could swap your current wheels for 27" like i did on the Hercules i have they should fit

I know I can get the decals so if I can source rims it'll probably get a full resto.
Rear rim could possibly be re chromed, front is pretty rusty.

Yep, the same machine. The OP's is great, as it apepars complete and intact. Those celluloid mudguards are rarer than a sensible statement from Diane Abbott, and in that condition are very rare indeed. they should clean up well, as should most of the components. It's a cracking base upon which to start a project.

My 51 lentons got an fg 4peed dyno hub. Im guessing thats not factory fit?

According to Sheldon ( https://www.sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/clubman-kohler.html ) it seems my Lenton Clubman is a year or two later, it has alloy mudguards, bars & seat pillar.
I think the SA 3 speed / Simplex derailleur combination must have been fitted later.
I've got the original saddle bag too, but that is showing it's age!
