Some of you might be interested in this new cargo/utility bike from Raleigh. Seems to tick all the boxes for a reasonable cost.

Not sure if it will be available in the UK though.

I like Skol

A Minging Manc...
Large parallelogram frame! Not sure how long that will last. For ultimate strength I would have carried on with the diagonal brace to join at the bottom of the head tube.

I have two bikes, both recumbent. One has the world's biggest panniers. They are behind the seat, over the back wheel. Heavy loads do not effect the handling at all. If you want a freighter get a 'bent.

Well, it's not on the B2B

No surprise really, I can't think of any use that my hybrid can't do 100x better. And since I could attach a front reflector mount/canti boss mounted rack for about £10

They missed a marketing trick having it in blue though

Should have had them in a choice or red lorry or yellow lorry

And why not have rear carrier facilities as well? And making the carrier removable would've been nice. With an eff big Carradice saddle bag, my bike still only weighs about 12kg!
As an update on the Arkwright bike it's a nice idea, but until Paris Hilton puts a box on it for her handbag pooch I can't see it catching on.
