One of my favourite colour schemes the red and white Raleigh Sirocco with golden arrow gearing components to boot.

Nice and original and not to bad condition either .

Again Reynolds 501 tubing .

What era is it, late 1980's? Can't say I'm familiar with these at all.

The Scirocco is an old name from the 70's. Originally a lower end bike in metallic bronze the name was used again for the higher end machine above Mid 80's I think, nice frames, shared with the later Carlton Kermesse I recall with the oversized seat stay caps.

Not tried it yet , needs a bit of basic tlc to get to riding stage but should do

I owned one of those back in about '86. I too like the colour scheme.

Very nice! Great frames on these, hand-built according to Raleigh. They had non-reynolds forks (unlike the kermesse) but nice cast (gipiemme?) dropouts

I had the Road Ace in the same design, but pearl white and royal blue. 1986. 531c throughout and Shimano 600

Which is how I came to buy a bare frame and built it up with modern components a coupla years ago. The lad I sold it to still loves it dearly and it gets ridden most days
