As the OP said, it's low lactose, cats can be lactose intolerant.

More seriously, why don't you keep powdered milk in? I only drink soya milk and so does my son (can't be bothered to have 2 types of milk around the house). My misses drinks normal milk but doesn't go through enough to make it worth buying for a cup of tea every few days. She bought some powdered milk and said it was OK. On the same note, a place I used to work used powdered milk for their porrage. 3 cups of porrage to 2 cups of powdered milk IIRC.

Every time I'm out of Milk I always seem to have lots of cat milk in stock. My question is would it be ok to put in my tea or coffee? It's lower in lactose & has added taurine which is also added to fitness products & energy drinks.

It'll be fine, just try to find somewhere private when you feel the urge to lick your bum.
