The CTC are a lovely organisation. But they have (and recognise) a problem attracting a younger and ethnically diverse membership.

The National Trust has similar issues.

I'm sure they do their best. When I get my missus interested in cycling, I hope she'll be an activist. She tends to be with other issues.
