Rant - Couriers (and Yodel in particular)

Yodel must offer some wicked deals to retailers in order to get business because they are a farce. They seem to have no interest in improving the customer experience instead they just re-brand themselves every now and then!

Jesus... Kicking this thread back alive

New bike has been sent from Planet X via Yodel, great I can't wait... and wait... It turns out Planet X are quite happy for people to wait in from 8am until 9pm waiting for a delivery!!! Do these people not know I wanted to go to the post office and have a couple of cheeky pints on the way back!! Called Yodel and they read what I was looking at on their tracking, called PX who just ashamedly admitted the delivery times and left it at that.
