...is it any good? I took a drop this morning and ripped my leggings around the knee area and wondered if anyone has used their 'free' repair service?

Used it for my Belgium Country Jersey - stitching coming undone in various places. Fixed the easy stuff myself, and they did a good job on the harder bits. Good communication throughout (sent photos and they agreed to do it), and don't remember it taking too long (couple of weeks).
