Eggs should have been diagonal. And not the shape of the bread either.Your eggs aren't symmetrical. And you need to get another two pieces of bread and leave the sauce in the bottle. But good effort.
show off, I now know what I want for my dinner

That argument has already been had several times over..Mixture of brown and red sauce. Covering all the bases there lol

Only one slice of bread?
Looks good to me.![]()
Its not a sandwich and the eggs are still in the pan. Back to chef school mate!![]()
Is this a yoke?
Eggs from brown hens to match the brown sauce.

Wrong, all wrong I'm afraid. Firstly the bread is too weedy and pale. Secondly two types of sauce is an offence to the rules of flavouring. Thirdly those eggs are just too regular and pale and undercooked.
The eggs need to be fried fast and hot with a couple of slices of ham so that they all mix up in one glorious mess, beginning to brown around the edges with those feathery bubbles, the yolks half set so they don't all run out of the edges, sandwiched between two slices of decent granary bread with either red or brown sauce, some pepper and some salt. A good sandwich needs to be messy and chaotic, not neat and tidy like a motorway services sandwich.
That does look magical.
Do I see a shake of pepper on the bread also?
