Even wearing decent gloves in winter is not enough to stop the cold causing Raynauds to flare up on the hands. I cope with the feet (if I don't go too far) but it can affect others.
To reach my cycling target I have to go out twice in same day because of the cold even at 6 degrees temp.
Any cyclists on here that suffer with Raynauds, and do you have any remedies or tips.
