We let butter go, on the grounds that it had undoubtedly been unfairly maligned at certain points in the grim history of nutritionism, but surely nobody, anywhere, has ever disputed that home-made lasagne is a good thing? There are a few of these sneaking through - blackberries and suchlike. It will never do!

Sorry leclaud....should have read the thread to appreciate the subtlety and finesse! Humble apologies [grovel, slime].... but regardless- home made lasagna is very, very good and I'm off home to make one now.... bolognaise made last night so will have just matured nicely.

[Edit: how do you justify "Eggs chopped up in a cup" then ...staple food of 2 to 5 year olds in our house... bit of cholesterol never did me any harm!! *waits for abuse*]
