That has been uploaded as a photo rather than a video!

Cassettes sometimes need a thin spacer behind them to stop the wobble.

With cassettes it really depends on the wheels and hub design, you can get a little wobble even with the proper spacers but you shouldn't get much.

Freewheels (where the ratchet mechanism is part of the sprockets) have a lot more wobble inherent in the system as a consequence of the bearing position. It looks as thought that might be a freewheel rather than a cassette - you can usually tell by looking at the hub, there is often a slight bulge on cassette hubs on the right hand for side looking from the rear (see here for more info - but note this doesn't apply if it's a through axle rather than a traditional QR).

If it is a freewheel then the level of wobble might be within whats expected, but you'll need to post the video as @ColinJ says.

That's not normal. It's too much wobble.
The most common cause is a worn or damaged freehub body. The splines that the cassette locks onto get worn down over time.
Best fix is to take it to a bike shop. They need to remove the cassette to inspect the freehub. It will likely need a new freehub body or possibly a whole new wheel.

Cassette should not wobble at all. For ages I had an intermittent creak on bike I just couldn't trace. Tried everything then I finally cracked and stripped entire bike just about. It was casstte not loose but not tight enough. SHould be torqued to 40nm.

I'm just sticking a new cassette on my rear wheel and noticed that the old one had worked loose somehow. Shifting had been deteriorating. Done the new one up nice & tight!
