Rear Hub Bearings problem -

Hi - so my fulcrum 5s rear bearings have gone - so time to replace.

Removing 3 of the 4 was fine, but this one in (in green) i cannot figure out how to remove. By the looks of it the red part comes off, but again, cant figure out how.

Anyone have any tips?
