Do you mean where it screws into the hanger/frame?
10x1 is the thread (10mm diameter and 1mm thread pitch)
So M10 x 1.0.

If the powder coaters do bike frames they have some special silicone plugs they use for the dropout and BB. Or as AJ says stick in a rear axle or an old bolt from a mech.

I've got a tap somewhere which was dirt cheap.

Thinking about it, forget that, it’ll melt when it gets baked, I think in all honesty a bolt is needed, even if you have to buy one of those small packs with just a few in

M10 x 1 is a rare bolt size. I bought a drain plug for a car to protect the rear mech thread on my Moulton while it's running as a fixie.
