Noticed a rubbing noise from the rear wheel about half way in this morning, unclipped and pulled the bike onto the pavement and my rear mudguard had snapped clean in two at the top of the wheel.
No idea how it's happened, its a clean break, not shattered.
Had to loosen the bolts from the frame eyelets and pull it backwards and hooked it over the other half, it managed to stay in place until I got to work. Its now being held together by electrical insulation tape.Just hope they hold out until I can order some more at the weekend.
I thought SKS would be better than that, only been on the bike about 10 months.
