Rear pannier rack help

Could anyone recommend a rear pannier rack for a carrera subway 2 with rear disc brakes........thanks

I've got a disc specific rack sat in the garage doing nowt if you're interested. Not sure what make it is, but it did come off my Giant Escape - very similar to the Subway. Too it off as I found a non-specific disc Topeak super tourist did fit (with a bit of a tweak to the rack ends)
